The foundation of C1Smile wasn't conceptualized in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was forged directly in the operatories by two generations of dedicated practitioners: Dr. Stan Cho, alongside his nephews, Dr. Samuel Cho and Dr. William Cho.

As proud alumni of the prestigious University of Washington School of Dentistry, this family of doctors shares a deep, unwavering calling to elevate the standard of clinical care they provide to their communities.

However, across their respective eras of practice, they witnessed a growing, systemic flaw. Brilliant clinicians were being suffocated by administrative bloat, insurance friction, and endless charting. The computer screen was replacing the human connection, forcing doctors to choose between compliance and patient care.
