Welcome to C1Smile. By accessing or using our platform, network, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Services

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or interfering with network operations.

2. SMS Communications Program

Program Description: C1Smile uses SMS messaging to send automated, time-sensitive shift notifications, scheduling alerts, and appointment confirmations to verified dental professionals (the "OpDrop Alerts").

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on local clinic demand and your professional settings.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Professionals using the OpDrop network operate exclusively as independent contractors. C1Smile is not an employer and provides only a matchmaking and escrow facilitation platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

C1Smile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
